Now Hiring - Marketing Account Manager in Diboll, TX

If you live and breathe marketing, we need to talk. This account manager needs to be very creative and organized, with high interpersonal skills. Account managers are very client facing, and need to be able to provide creative, strategic solutions to our home-service industry clients (HVAC, plumbing & electrical). We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our client brand's identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Meet weekly with clients to establish project scopes and budgets
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Ensures marketing campaigns for both traditional and digital media are implemented and carried out effectively
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
• Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies, etc
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
• Oversee each phase of the marketing strategy to ensure team meets deadlines
• Evaluate marketing campaigns for effectiveness
• Ensures clients are happy and satisfied with their company's results
• Accountable for keeping deadlines and budgetary allocations on track and identifies in a timely manner any factors that adversely affect them.
• Delivers the end result of a project to the client
• Is responsible for communicating client feedback to their team to produce a client-approved result

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field
• 3 years in a related field of work experience can substitute for education
• Proficient with Google Suite and the use of technology
• Familiarity with Function Point or similar CRM software
• Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Proficient in cloud-based peer-to-peer software platforms such as Zoom
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal qualities
• Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
